Museum collections

Although the majority of Auguste JEAN's ceramic and glass works are now held in private collections, many museums in France and abroad also own them.

Resulting from purchases made during the artist's lifetime, donations, bequests, or more recent acquisitions, these works testify to the interest institutions have in this artist.

The map above lists museums identified to date as holding at least one work by Auguste JEAN. However, it should be noted that some of these works are not necessarily on public display and may be kept in the institutions' reserves.

If you know of a work held in a museum that is not yet on this list, please let me know!
